Ingredients

  • 1 can cream mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c sour cream
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 16oz bag frozen veggies - broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, thawed
  • 1 can french fried onions
  • 1/2 c shredded swiss cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Stir soup, sour cream, black pepper, veggies, 2/3 c onions and 1/4 cup cheese in 2 qt casserole. cover

Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or til veggies are tender. Stir

Sprinkle remaining onions and cheese over veggies. Bake 5 more minutes
