- 4 slices fresh pineapple
- 1 large handful of cherries
- 1 handful of red grapes
- 1 large carrot
- 2 in (5 cm) piece of fresh root ginger
- 4 small pieces turmeric root

Directions:
Cut pineapple and remove pit from cherries.
Substitutions:
Pineapple – mango
Cherries – strawberries
Carrot – sweet potato
Ginger – lemon
Turmeric – fennel
