Ingredients
- 3 eggs,
- 120 ml/4 fl oz reduced fat cream or single cream,
- 1 Actifry spoonful extra virgin olive oil,
- Fine sea salt,
- 40 g/1 1/2 oz young spinach leaves,
- 16 cherry tomatoes

Preparation
Step 1
Break the eggs into a large bowl and add the cream and saltl.
Pour the oil into the ActiFry and heat for about 3 minutes; then add the salted egg and cream mixture. Cook for about 4 minutes.
Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Season with salt. Add the spinach.
Put the scrambled eggs onto a serving dish and add the spinach and tomato salad.
