Pie Dough

No matter how much you handle this dough, it will always be tender, flaky and delicious.

Ingredients

• 4 c. all purpose flour
• 1 3/4 c. Crisco
• 1 Tbsp. sugar
• 2 tsp. salt
• 1 Tbsp. vinegar
• 1 egg
• 1/2 c. water

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients together with fork. In a seperate bowl, beat remaining ingredients. Combine the two. Stirr til moist. Mold into ball, chill 15 min. Roll into desired shape.

Can be frozen until needed.
