Ingredients
- 20 fresh mussels,
- 1 spoon extra virgin olive oil,
- 1 clove garlic,
- 1 small bunch parsley,
- 1 fresh chilli,
- 70 ml/2 fl oz dry white wine

Preparation
Step 1
Pour the oil in the ActiFry and heat for 1 minute.
Add the mussels, the parsley, the garlic and the chilli. Cook for 2 minutes before you pour in the white wine.
Cook for another 3 minutes. The mussels will be just cooked. Put them in a deep serving dish with their cooking juices.
