Ingredients
- Deana's Spicy Stir Fry Sauce:
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons dry sherry, (cooking wine)
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- Deana's Easy Chicken Stir Fry
- 1 Recipe Deana's Spicy Stir Fry Sauce
- 1.5 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut in 1 1/2" stips or cubes
- 1 pound frozen Stir Fry Veggies, Or fresh veggies whatever you have
- 1 Tablespoon cooking oil, I like to use canola oil with a spalsh of dark seseme oil when I have it.

Preparation
Step 1
Make Sauce and Set Aside
for sauce in a small mixing bowl or custard cup stir together water, soy sauce, dry sherry, cornstarch, garlic and red pepper.
In Wok or Skillet heat oil
Stir Fry Chicken till opaque and cooked through. remove Chicken to a plate and keep warm.
Stir Fry Veggies till tender crisp.
Add Chicken back to pan. Add stir fry sauce heat till boiling and bubbly reduce heat. If too thick add a little water or broth.
Serve over brown rice.
