Ingredients
- 8 ounces spaghetti
- 1 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons butter, or margarine
- 1 cup green bell pepper
- 5 cups cooked chicken, diced
- 1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, grated (cheddar is alos very good and what I usually use)
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed
- 2/3 lbs. milk, Measure in soup can

Preparation
Step 1
Break spaghetti in half and cook as directed on package until al dente; drain. Saute onions in margarine. Thoroughly mix onions and remaining ingredients with spaghetti in a large bowl. Put spaghetti mixture in 2 containers, and freeze.
To prepare for serving, thaw tetrazzini and put in a baking dish. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven untill bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
