Ingredients

  • 8 ounces spaghetti
  • 1 1/4 cups onion, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons butter, or margarine
  • 1 cup green bell pepper
  • 5 cups cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 lb. Monterey jack cheese, grated (cheddar is alos very good and what I usually use)
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, condensed
  • 2/3 lbs. milk, Measure in soup can

Preparation

Step 1

Break spaghetti in half and cook as directed on package until al dente; drain. Saute onions in margarine. Thoroughly mix onions and remaining ingredients with spaghetti in a large bowl. Put spaghetti mixture in 2 containers, and freeze.

To prepare for serving, thaw tetrazzini and put in a baking dish. Bake uncovered in a preheated 350 degree oven untill bubbly, about 30 to 40 minutes.
