Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 egg white, slightly beaten
- 1 cup coating ( corn flakes, crackers, etc.), see list below

Step 1
Serving Size 6 pieces out of 36.
Basic Recipe
1. Cut boneless, skinless chicken breasts into 36 pieces.
2. Dip pieces in slightly beaten egg white.
3. Coat dipped pieces in a combination of one of the coatings and seasonings suggested below.
4. Place the coated chicken pieces on a baking sheet spray coated with non stick cooking spray.
5. Bake at 400F. for 15 to 20 minutes untill the chicken is no longer pink and the coating is crisp.
MICROWAVE: Divide the coated nuggets into 4 batches. Cook each batch in the microwave on a microwave bacon rack , cover with waxed paper and Microwave on High 3 to 4 minutes.
COATINGS:
crushed corn flakes, seasoned bread crumbs, crushed crackers, potatoe flakes,
crushed seasoned croutons
SEASONINGS:
basil, cayenne pepper, dill weed, fennel, garlic powder, oregano, paprika,
parmesan or romano cheese, parsley flakes, seasoning mixes, or thyme
