Ingredients
- 4 ounces egg noodles, medium
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cut in chunks
- 2 1/2 ounces canned mushrooms, drained
- 15 1/2 ounces chunky-style spaghetti sauce
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup red wine
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
Cook pasta according to the package directions, drain.
To Micro-Cook:
Micro-cook the cutup chicken pieces in a 12x7x2-inch baking dish. Cover with vented plastic wrap an High power 3 minutes per pound. Rearrange chicken (More done pieces toward the center of the dish and less cooked toward the outside of the dish) Cook covered fo 3 to 4 minutes more for 1 pound, or till tender. Juices should run clear. Drain off liquid.
For Sauce, in a 1-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, stir together mushrooms, spaghetti sauce, green pepper, and wine. Micro-cook, uncovered, on High about 4 minutes or till bubbly stirring once. Toss sauce with chicken. Serve over hot noodles. If desired sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
