  • 1 tsp. baking powder
  • 2 1/4 c. sifted flour
  • Chopped nuts
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. soda
  • 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained

Step 1

Mix shortening and sugar; add egg. Sift dry ingredients and add. Then add pineapple and nuts. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes.
