Ingredients
- Dressing:
- 2 cans Black-eyed Peas, drained
- 1 can Pinto Beans, drained
- 1 can Black Beans, drained
- 2 cans white corn (Shoepeg), drained
- 2 Jalapeno peppers (seeded) chopped fine
- 1 Red Bell pepper, chopped fine
- 1 Red Onion chopped fine
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup veg or olive oil
- 3/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper

Preparation
Step 1
In a large bowl combine all ingredients.
Boil: all dressing ingredients, let cool and pour over veggies in bowl.
Allow to marinate for a few hours.
Keeps for along time in refrigerator. The longer you marinate the thicker and better it taste.(over night)
Use Tostitos Scoops or Fritos Scoops.
