Peanut Butter Clouds

Ingredients

• 1 c. butter/oleo
• 1 c. peanut butter
• 1 c. sugar
• 1 c. powdered sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 tsp. vanilla
• 2 c. flour
• 2 tsp. soda
• 1 tsp. salt

Preparation

Step 1

Cream butter and peanut butter together; gradually add the sugars. beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift dry ingredients together and gradually add to the creamed mixture. Chill dough. Shape into balls 1-inch in diameter and place on oiled cookie sheet. Flatten with fork, dipped in flour. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
