Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 med. onions, chopped
- 6 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 large p0tato, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 2 small bell pepper, chopped or 1 jar of roasted red peppers
- 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon chili powder (mild)
- 1 tablespoon chipolte chili powder (med heat)
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 2 (15-oz) can black (or other) beans, rinsed
- 3 cup sweet corn, fresh or frozen
- 3 cups frozen edamane beans
- 1 cup water

Preparation
Step 1
Place all the ingredients into the pressure cooker. Stir ingredients together.
Set cooking mode on “Manual” for high pressure. Adjust time down for 3 minutes.
When cooking is done, use either natural release or quick release method to release pressure from pot.
