My Favorite Party Cheese Ball

Ingredients

• 16 ounces neufchatel cheese
• 3/4 cup bleu cheese, crumbled (4 oz)
• 4 ounces cheddar cheese, lowfat, (about 4 oz.)
• 1/4 cup onion, minced
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• parsley, finely snipped

Preparation

Step 1

Place cheeses in small mixer bowl; let stand at room temperature until softened. Add onion and worstershire sauce; blend on low speed until fluffy, scraping side and bottom of bowl. Cover and chill at least 8 hours.
Shape mixture into a ball or Christmas tree shape. Decorate with red and green peepers, parsley, green onions, or pimiento. Chill 2 hours.
