Ingredients
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 2 med. onion-chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 TBS chili powder
- 1 TBS mustard (table)
- 6 oz. water
- 6 oz. tomato sauce*
- 4 hot dogs (ALL BEEF-Ballpark)

Step 1
Brown beef and onion, then drain and put in food processor. Process until finely ground.
Put beef and onion back in large pan, add cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, mustard, water, tomato sauce. Mix well and reheat.
Place the hot dogs in the food processor and grind until finely ground. Add to meat mixture and mix very well.
Continue to heat on stove. Serve over hot dogs and enjoy.
* I use 15 oz cans. I like a wet sauce more so than a dry.
