Ingredients
- 3 1/2 lb. red potatoes
- 2 tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 tsp. rosemary leaves (do not use powder)
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. pepper

Preparation
Step 1
1. Scrub and dry potatoes. Do not peel. Dry thoroughly.
2. Cut in wedges and place in large bowl.
3. Add remaining ingredients and toss until uniformly covered.
4. Place single-layered on baking sheet(s).
5. Bake 45 minutes at 400 F. Turn during baking. Serve immediately.
