Fresh Spinach Salad

Ingredients

• Salad:
• 1 pkg. spinach
• fresh mushrooms
• chopped old cheddar cheese
• 4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
• crisp bacon bits
• croutons
• Dressing:
• 6 tbsp. oil
• 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
• 1 tbsp. sugar
• 2 cloves garlic, finely mincd
• 2 tbsp. mayo
• salt and pepper
• * Store dressing in refrigerator a few days before serving.
