    16-ounce box Velveeta cheese, cut into cubes

  • 1

    15-ounce can of chili (no beans)

  • 1

    cup of cream

  • 4

    teaspoons chili powder

  • 2

    teaspoons paprika

  • 1

    teaspoon cumin

  • ½

    teaspoon cayenne

  • 1

    tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Tortilla chips, for serving


Place all ingredients in a medium pot over medium heat. Stir frequently until cheese melts, then reduce the heat and let simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with chips. Time-saver: If you have no time to sit over a stove, through all of these ingredients into a slow cooker and cook on low for two hours.
