Ingredients
- 4 pita, lightly brushed with olive oil
- kosher salt
- 12 oz goat cheese
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c sun-dried tomatoes, chpd
- 1/2 c kalamata olives, pitted & chpd
- 3 T. basil, cut into fine chiffonade
- 2 T. olive oil
- 1 T balsamic vinegar
Preparation
Step 1
Grill the pita over moderate flame on grill, 2 minute on each side or until you see grill parks. Remove and cut into 6 pieces and sprinkle with kosher salt.
Combine goat and cream cheese. Form into round shape and place in the cneter of a large plate, press down slightly. Combine the rest and pour over the cheese. Serve with pita chips.
