Ingredients
- 1 cup flour, sifted
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon oil
- cinnamon sugar
- jam
- powdered sugar
- syrup

Preparation
Step 1
In bowl, combine all ingredients and 1/4 tsp. salt; beat till smooth. Lightly grease a 6-inch crepe pan; heat. Remove from heat, spoon about two tbs. batter in and spread evenly rotatating pan. Return to heat and lightly brown. Invert on plate. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar or jam and roll up. Repeat with remaining batter. Serve with powdered sugar or syrup.
Notes:
NOTES : Pronouced "paula sheenka" I had this all the time when I was a child. This recipe comes from my great- grandmother who was from the Austia-Hungarian Empire. She always considered herself Austrian. She was my mother's mother's mother.
