Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken liver (or duck)
- 1 apple chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1/4 c madeira
- 1/2 c whipped butter room temp
Preparation
Step 1
Saute Livers, apple and onion in small amount of butter. leave rare. Add to quisinart and blend, add madeira. let cool.
When cool add 1/2 lb whipped butter, room temp.
Serve with crackers
