Ingredients
- 2 tbs butter
- 2 tbs plain flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 pinch salt

Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients into a saucepan at once, over a medium heat and whisk until thick.
Once thick and simmering cook for 2 minutes to cook the flour out.
