CHILI MAC CASSEROLE
Got this from a magazine... it has some zest to it... but it`s good!!

Ingredients
- 1 cup macaroni
- 2 lbs ground beef
- 1 chopped medium onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes
- 1 16 oz can kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can tomatoe paste
- 1 - 4 oz can chopped green chilies
- 1.5 tsp salt
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp pepper

Preparation
Step 1
Cook macaroni.
Brown beef, onion and garlic over medium heat.
Stir in tomatoes, beans, paste, chilies and seasonings. Drain macaroni and add to meat mixture.
Transfer to a 13`x 9` pan. Bake at 375 for 30 minutes in a covered pan. Uncover. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-8 minutes longer.
