Mac and Cheese the AirFryer Way

Tips: You can make it with or without vegetables. Broccoli and Cauliflower pieces are convenient choice because the cooking time is the same as for the pasta.

- 1/2 cup Broccoli or Cauliflower (equal size small florets)
- 1/2 cup Milk (Warmed)
- 1 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)

Step 1
Preheat the Airfryer at 200°C. Bring a pot of water to boil over high hear, reduce the heat to medium and add macaroni and vegetables. Simmer until macaroni is al dente and vegetables are tender but not mushy (about 7-10 minutes). Drain pasta and vegetables and return them to pot.
2.Add milk and Cheddar cheese to the macaroni and vegetables, and toss to combine. Season with pepper and salt.
3.Pour pasta mixture into a ovenproof dish. Sprinkle the Parmesan cheese over top. Place the dish on the AirFryer basket and adjust the temperature to 180°C and bake for 15 minutes (the pasta will be bubbling). Allow to sit for 5-10 minutes in the AirFryer before serving.
