Ingredients
- 2 lbs ground beef
- Cumin
- Chili Powder
- Carne Asada Seasoning
- 1 sm onion
- tortillas (corn or flour)
- red enchilada sauce
- shredded cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350°.
Brown ground beef with chili powder, cumin, carne asada seasoning and onion. Let cool.
Cook corn/warm flour tortillas so they are easy to roll.
Pour 1/4 of red sauce into 9x13 dish.
Fill tortillas with ground beef and cheese, roll and lay on top of the red sauce. Once layer of tortillas is complete, Pour 1/3 remaining sauce over tortillas then a little cheese. Continue layering, finishing with red sauce, onions, and lots of cheese.
Bake 20-30 minutes, or until cheese is bubbly though out.
