Jalapeno-Pimento Cheese Spread

Perfect for sandwiches or just snacking with crackers. Try this with honey roasted ham as a sandwich.

Ingredients

• 3 cups grated Cheddar cheese
• 1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack cheese
• 1/2 cup chopped pimentos
• 2 T. chopped picked jalapenos with juice
• 1/2 cup good quality mayonnaise
• 1/2 cup Miracle Whip

Combine all ingredients and mix well.

Experiment with the mayo and Miracle Whip to taste.
