Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops (1-1/2 lb./675 g), 3/4 inch thick Acme Fresh Market — 1 lb For $3.49 until 12/31
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (carrots, corn, peas)
- 1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
- 1/4 cup Kraft Calorie-Wise Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
- 1 can (19 fl oz/540 mL) Italian-style diced tomatoes, drained
- 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Part Skim Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation
Step 1
Heat large skillet sprayed with cooking spray on medium-high heat. Add chops and vegetables; cook 2 min. or until bottoms of chops are browned. Turn chops.
Top with oregano, dressing and tomatoes. Bring to boil; cover. Simmer on low heat 12 min. or until chops are done (160ºF), stirring vegetable mixture occasionally.
Sprinkle with cheese.
