Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges with Dipping Sauce

Ingredients

  • 4 Lg sweet potatoes, cut into 1/2 in wedges
  • 1/2 t garlic salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • Dipping Sauce
  • 1/2 c mayo
  • 1/2 c plain yogart
  • 1 t ground cumin
  • 1/2 t seasoned salt
  • 1/2 t paprika
  • 1/2 t chili powder

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in Lg pan & cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; cover & simmer 4-5 min until crisp tender. Drain; pat dry with paper towels. Sprinkle potatoes with garlic salt & pepper.

Grill covered over med heat 10-12 min until tender turning once. In sm bowl combine mayo, yogurt & seasonings. Serve with sweet potatoes.
