Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 med onion, chopped(about 1/2 c.)
- 1/4 c.butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can (4 oz.) mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz.) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup dairy sour cream
- 2 c. hot cooked noodles or rice
- snipped parsley

Preparation
Step 1
In lg. skillet, cook and stir ground beef and onion in butter until meat is brown and onion is tender. Stir in flour, salt, garlic, pepper and mushrooms. Cook, stirring constantly, 5 min. Stir in soup; heat to boiling, stirring constantly. Reduce heat; simmer uncovered 10 min. Stir in sour cream; heat through. Serve over nookles and sprinkle with parsley.
