Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 beef bouillon cube ( BV)
- 1 / 4 cup water
- 1/2 c sour cream
- 1 can french fried onions (left out)

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef lightly in skillet, stirring until crumbly.
Add onion, garlic, salt and pepper.
Cook until onion is tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in soup, paprika and bouillon
Simmer for 10 min.
Add water
Bring to a simmer; remove from heat.
Stir in sour cream.
Top with french fried onions.
Serve over noodles.
