Ingredients

  • Peach filling:
  • 6 cups peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Crust:
  • 1 12oz package prepared sugar cookie dough
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 stick melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Combine sliced peaches, flour, sugar, nutmeg, vanilla, and lime juice.

Place at bottom of a greased baking dish.

Bring cookie dough to room temperature. Using a fork, mix in white cake mix, smashing as you go. It should form small balls when finished.

Cover the top of the peach mixture. Then drizzle butter over entire dish.

Bake in 350 degree oven until crust is golden brown. About 25-30 minutes.

Serve warm with vanilla bean icecream or whipped cream.
