Ingredients
- FREEZE IN A BOWL:
- 1 large Carnation evaporated milk.
- CREAM TOGETHER:
- 1 large cream cheese
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- CHILL UNTIL SET:
- 1 lemon jello
- 1 cup hot water

Step 1
Whip and add to the cream cheese mixture. Whip frozen evaporated milk and fold into the cream cheese and jello mixture. Crush 32 graham crackers (or use one box of graham cracker crumbs). Add 1 stick of melted butter and 1 T. powdered sugar. Press ¾ of crumbs onto bottom of 9x13 pan. Spread cream cheese mixture over graham cracker crumbs and sprinkle remaining crumbs over the top. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
