Ingredients
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- 15 ounces tomato sauce, canned
- 1 whole kenel corn, canned, (15 1/4 ounces)
- drained
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, lowfat, shredded
- 2 cups Bisquick baking mix, reduced fat
- 1 cup skim milk
- 2 medium eggs, (Or whatever size)

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Cook ground beef and onion until beef is brown; drain. Spoon into ungreased 13x9x2" baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning mix (dry), tomato sauce and corn. Sprinkle with cheese.
Stir remaining ingredients until well blended. Pour over beef mixture.
Bake 35 minutes or until lightly golden brown. Serve with sour cream, chopped tomato and shredded lettuce if desired.
