Meatballs

Ingredients

• 1 lb beef
• 1 egg
• 4 tsp fresh parsley
• 2 slices bread, chopped up
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• s&p
• parmesan cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Roll in small balls, fry in olive oil til brown. Cook on low with sauce, no cover , stirring occasionally. Cook 1 -2 hours
