Ingredients
- 2 c flour
- 1 c sugar
- 3 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 c butter or margarine
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c milk
- 1 1/2 c blueberries
- 1/3 c coconut
- 1/2 c chopped nuts
Preparation
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. Cut in butter until mixture resembles corn meal. Combine the beaten eggs and milk and stir into dry mixture. Stir only until dry mixture is well moistened. Do Not Over Mix. Fold in blueberries.
Grease a 9x12 pan and pour in cake mix. Sprinkle on coconut and chopped nuts.
Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
Alternative topping: 1/3 c brown sugar
1/4 c flour
1/2 t cinnamon
3 T butter
