Ingredients
- 1 lb. extra lean ground beef
- 2 tablespoons minced onion, dry
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 16 ounces tomato sauce, canned
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 4 ounces canned mushrooms, drained
- 3 cups tomato juice
- 4 ounces spaghetti, dry -- broken in pieces

Preparation
Step 1
Brown ground beef in skillet and place in Crock-pot. Add all remaining ingredients except dry spaghetti; stir well. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours. (HIgh: 3 to 5 hours). Turn to High last hour and stir in dry spaghetti.
