Ingredients
- 24 medium mushrooms
- 1/4 c grits, cooked
- 1/2 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 c diced country ham
- 1/4 c slice green onion
- 1/4 c butter

Preparation
Step 1
Remove stems from mushrooms and save for later cooking/ Wash mushroom caps and drain. Melt butter in skillet and cook caps until well coated and slightly tender. Arrange on a lightly greased baking dish and stuff with the remaining ingredients well mixed.
Bake 425* for 8-10 minutes
