Ingredients
- 3 lbs. beef chuck roast
- 2 c. water
- 1/2 c. soy sauce (use lite, otherwise too salty)
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 bay leaf
- 3 whole peppercorns, (3 to 4)
- 8 french rolls

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all sauce ingredients. Place meat in slow cooker or crockpot. Pour sauce over meat. Cover and cook on high for 5-6 hours. Remove meat and shred. Strain broth; pour into small cups and use for dipping
