- 2 lbs of thinly sliced chicken
- Italian Seasoning Bread Crumbs
- 24 Ounce Jar Marinara Sauce (my favorite is the Victoria Brand)
- Salt + Pepper
- 3 Large Eggs
- 1 Pound Sliced Fresh Mozzarella (I sliced mine really thin so I can lay it over the entire dish)
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil

Step 1
Directions:
Season the chicken with salt and pepper; dip in beaten egg, then bread crumbs.
In batches, cook in olive oil over medium heat until golden.
Pour (1) 24-ounce jar marinara sauce in a large, shallow baking dish
Top with chicken, then 1 pound sliced fresh mozzarella
Bake at 400 degrees F until golden (that's about 25 to 30 minutes)
