Ingredients
- 4 lbs. beef brisket
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon onion flakes
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 tablespoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke flavoring
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

Preparation
Step 1
Mix all ingredients and brush on all sides of brisket. Wrap in foil and store overnight in refrigerator. Bake in foil at 350 F. for 5 hours.
