Ingredients

  • 14 Manicotti shells
  • 1 lb Italian sausage
  • 3/4 lb ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella
  • 1 3 oz pkg cream cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 4 cups meatless spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup parmesan
  • 1 medium onion, diced

Step 1

Cook shells, drain and rinse. Cook meats, onions and garlic; drain grease. Cool for 10 min. Stir mozzarella and cream cheese into meat. Spread 2 cups sauce in greased 9x13 pan. Stuff shells and lay on top of sauce. Pour remaining sauce over shells and top w/parmesan.

Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Uncover and cook 5-10 minutes longer or until heated and bubbly.
