Ingredients
- 1 large carrot, peeled, Blade D, noodles trimmed
- 2 teaspoons toasted sesame seeds
- 1.5 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sesame soil
- 1 heaping teaspoon fresh ginger, peeled and grated
- 1.5 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 scallions, diced
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Preparation
Step 1
1.Combine all of the ingredients into a large bowl and toss well. Let sit for 10 minutes in the refrigerator so that the carrots soften or serve immediately.
