Ingredients
- 1 pkg. white cake mix with pudding
- 3 eggs
- 1 1/4 cups buttermilk
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut
- 2/3 cup chopped pecans, toasted

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350
Beat together cake mix, eggs, buttermilk and oil with mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Stir in coconut and pecans.
Pour into 3 greased and floured 9 inch cake pans.
Bake at 350 for 15-17 minutes.
Cool in pans 1 minute remove and place on cooling rack.
Cool completley
Spread with cream cheese frosting and chill for 2 hours.
