Preparation

Step 1

Core tomatoes using Core and More. Slice in half and place in 4 qt Stainless Steel Bowl.

Zest lime on top of tomatoes using Microplane Grater. Cut lime in half and juice into the bowl using Citrus Press.

Cut ends off the onion and peel. Using Apple Wedger, wedge the onion and add to the bowl.

Using Salad Choppers, chop up all the ingredients in the bowl.

Place cilantro in a Prep Bowl and using Kitchen Shears, chop finely. Add to the chopped up salsa.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

If desired, you may finely chop a jalapeno, or part of one, and add to the salsa. Do not use the Salad Choppers for this as the pieces will not get small enough.

Serve with chips, as salad dressing, on tacos or your favorite meal
