Banana Cookies

Ingredients

• Icing:
• 3/4 c. brown sugar
• 3/4 c. shortening
• 1 egg
• 2 med.-size ripe bananas
• 1/4 tsp. vanilla
• 1 tsp. soda
• 2 c. flour
• 6 T. brown sugar
• 4 T. cream
• 4 T. butter

Preparation

Step 1

Mix first 4 ingredients. Add next three. Bring to boil; then add powdered sugar to consistency. Mix all together and drop by teaspoon on cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. When cookies are cool, frost with icing.
