Ingredients
- Cookies:
- 1 Pouch Oatmeal Cookie Mix (1 lb, 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker
- 1/2 C Butter, Softened
- 1/2 C Grated Carrot
- 1 Tbs Water
- 1 Tsp Cinnamon
- 1 Egg
- Icing:
- 4 oz Cream Cheese, Softened
- 1 Tbs Butter, Softened
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla
- 1 1/2 C Powdered Sugar

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix cookie ingredients until stiff dough forms. Bake 10 minutes. (If baking two pans at once, rotate pans after 5 minutes.) Cook 2 minutes, then move to cooling racks or wax paper to cool completely.
Mix Icing--all ingredients until smooth. Spread over cookies. They don't stack.
Using large cookie scoop, this makes 22 cookies. They are moist and good!
