- o Ground beef (2lbs)
- o 2 eggs (1 per pound of meat)
- o Minced garlic
- o Salt
- o Pepper
- o Parmesan
- o Parsley
- o breadcrumbs
- Bracoila
- o Thin cut Braciola meat
- o Minced garlic
- o Salt
- o Pepper
- o Parmesan

- Pepperoni
- Sausage
- Sauce
- o 2 cans of crushed tomatoes
- o 2 can of quick crushed tomatoes
- o Salt
- o Pepper
- o Oregano
- o Minced garlic
- o 1 can of tomato pasta (medium size or 2 small)
- o Basil

Preparation
Step 1
1. Form meatballs (1.5”)
2. Form Braciola
3. Cut pepperoni into slices
4. Cut sausage into bite size chunks
5. Brown meat in pan; remove once bone on all sides
6. Add minced garlic to pan and let brown (1-2 minutes)
7. Add crushed tomatoes and tomato paste
8. Salt & pepper to taste
9. Oregano & basil to taste
10. Add meat back into sauce
11. Simmer until thick (3-4 hours)
