Ingredients
- 4 chicken breast
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 T olive oil
- 18 oz can tomato juice
- 1/2 c water
- 1 T red wine vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- 6 oz small onions
- 1 c orzo

Preparation
Step 1
Cook Chicken and garlic in hot oil for 15 min, turning often.
Stir sauce, water. Vinegar, salt/pepper. Stir in onions and pour over chicken.
Bring chicken to boil, reduce heat and simmer for 40 min.
