Grilled Chicken with Honey and Rosemary
- 6 T honey
- 1 T chopped fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
- 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
In a small bowl, blend honey, rosemary and Worcestershire sauce. Reserve 3 T to brush on chicken during grilling.
Place chicken in glass baking dish; pour remaining honey mixture over chicken. Let stand at room temperature 30 min to marinate, or cover and refrigerate overnight.
Heat Grill. Remove chicken from marinade; discard marinade. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4-6 inches from medium coals. Cook 6-8 minutes or until juices run clear, turning once and brushing with reserved marinade.
