1 slice bread Natures Own Whitewheat
1 large egg
1 tsp butter

Preparation

Step 1

Toast bread in toaster. Cut hole in bread with biscuit cutter. Set round cut out aside. Melt butter in small non stick skillet. Put toast in the skillet. Crack an egg in the cut out of the toast. Cook on one side till fairly well set. Flip over and cook briefly on other side. flip back over onto plate and top with reserved cutout circle. Serve immediately.
